If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right with a smooth, fair, and straightforward refund and exchange policy.

Flies and Fly Fishing Products
We want you to love what you fish with. If you receive flies or gear that isn’t quite right — whether it’s the wrong pattern, a sizing mix-up, or simply not what you expected — we’re happy to offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
You have two easy options:

Exchange — Trade in your unused flies for a different size, pattern, or product of equal value. Whether you're adjusting for hatch timing or water clarity, we’ll help you dial it in.

Refund — Prefer a full refund? No problem. We’ll return your original payment once we receive and inspect the items.

Flies or products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

A receipt, packing slip, or order number is required for all returns or exchanges.

Items must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.

For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Carefully package your items and ship them back. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement flies typically within 5–7 business days.
